Topic: Dating  zocacyo1: I'm beginning to think that love is for everyone, but being in love and being in loved back, Is only for most except for a select few. Anytime you have someone that's always being called a nice guy or girl, maybe throw in the word cute, but everyone always saying,... but they aren't for them, kind of digs into the fact that they aren't partner material, without even being given a chance, pretty much tells there life's story. I'm talking a majority rejection here. I realize everyone won't like everyone. But, most people will choose who they feel to be number one instead of going with number 5 or lol 10. And wonder why after a few years why, they are having so much trouble with the partner they did choose #1-4. They didn't choose the one they should have. Not always everything you NEED, is going to be wrapped into a BIG neat package. Ever thought that what you need, was given to you and you threw it away. Now, I'm not saying couples aren't going to disagree. But, the next time you have one of those "disagreements", and you ask yourself what did you ever see in your partner, or what were you thinking, remember this; it wasn't what you seen, or thought exactly. Its because you didn't let your heart decide for you. I don't mean like, your heart seeing through your eyes, and hearing what you've been told. I mean like your heart LISTENING through your ears, and relaying the messege to your conscience. I believe we all always go against our better judgment most of the time, and a lot of those times we get very [lucky], if you will. Put it this way, how many couples that you know of that really make it, I don't mean struggle really hard to make it. I mean, just living may be a struggle, but togetherness just came that easy for them. Never; strayed, never wanted to stray, never felt they made the wrong choice, never thinks back on a pass relationship/s. I mean if you look back at any slave time, BC or AD, and you notice how couples had very hard times, but that togetherness,... Wow! That was what I call togetherness. Take the majority of us these days with our mindset and put us in that situation, and relationships will crumble. You'll turn on each other so quick, to kick it with the ones in charge. TMO! Really! Yes you have every right to be confused. Be very confused. Asking for a number, or basically just asking if its possible to get to know each, should not be something to be ridiculed about. I understand there are those but cases out there, but, come on,.... There should not be anything wrong with trying. If there is; which in a lot of cases, most of us make it so,... Hmph! Haven't you ever heard the expression, " you won't ever get anywhere if you don't try, or "you can't get answers for the questions you don't ask. So, yes I'd be confused as heck, if all I did is ask for a phone number, or a date, or even if we could just talk sometimes, and their reaction is one of disbelief, like to say i have some nerve to ask YOU, (because you look all that, or so thats what you've been told). One of the funniest of things is those TV series that deal with these couples that go to the extreme to be away from each other. Oh, but wait,... These couples picked the right ones. They were into each other from the start. Quit that, I look good, you look good, we will be good together bs. I just had a thought,... What if the two of you such good looking people, know you look so good, can't truly cherish the one you're with because deep inside,... You're too vain!? What if you hooked up with someone that wasn't vain as such, and they truly cherished you to the end. Wouldn't you think you love how rare of a love you have? Think about it. They would only see you. Not saying they are blind. But you'll have all of them. 15+ years from now and you KNOW, they are not going anywhere, whether it would be in their mind or physically.
