Brands Vs Generic (Post deleted by staff )  one_two_x_u: labelled brands are often the same as generic brands but with more attractive packaging to make you buy it (and a more expensive price to cover the money they spent on marketing not on the product itself) when it comes to food generic brands can sometimes be healthier as they spend less money putting more rubbish into it...check the label.  ghostgeek: Don't buy Imodium for diarrhea. Same ingredient in the same quantity as Sainsbury's own brand but about three times the price. shermantank_7: I used to buy generic dog food in the tin. It had water sufficient for processing and real meat in it. My husky lived for almost 22 years. I never let my husky stay out during the winter months; she hated it. cheers :-) |
