silver_tongue: I'd go for Chuck Palahniuk's books. I like dark humour. The first novel by him that I read was called 'Haunted'. It blew my mind away and I would discover something new about it each time I read it. Then I went on to reading Fight Club which, as we all know turned into an amazing film as well. I'd say, apart from Rant, I've liked all Chuck Palahniuk's books so far. I would highly recommend his books x.

Miss_Chrys: I love to read.. There are so many great authors out there. There are a few books that I have in my collection that I reread every now and then. Generally I get a theme in my head and then read alot on that genre and author hop (ie Religion, Polygamy, Autobiographies, Fiction). I love reading fiction on occassion where you can just get lost in a really well written book. Some of my favourite boooks are:

The Great Gatsby
Middlesex
A Million Little Pieces
Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas
To Kill a Mockingbird
Schindlers List

Jodi Picoult isnt a bad author either, havent minded some of her books of late too.

SpartanWarrior_03: I only saw the film Schindler's List. It was close to what I witnessed at the grounds of the concentration camps. A good homage. I've read books by some of the survivors that went on to become authors.
