They had up to 500 dogs A small breed, I'm not sure what kind. It took 6 years to legally remove all dogs. It was a small house with no power and no running water. When they finally removed all the dogs. There punishment was a small fine and they had to wait 2 years before getting a dog Now that is messed up. I can't belive the punishment they got, if you could call it that. It makes me sick. Summer and: in which country it was? also here in italy there are many dog houses where the conditions are so poor. Furthermore there are always a lot of stupid people that leave animals in the streets in summer. If animal control is called about an abused dog in someone's yard. And they can clearly see the dog is being abused They cannot enter the yard unless the owner is home, it's horrible. But they sneak in to give it food and water.
