You came to the right place Yemen, as an ancient country, has many traditional dishes which are delicious And you yemeni guys n girls, related posts are required!! _____________________________________ Here i go with the first dish, it can work as a side dish or a snack. Its called Bakhomri, pretty easy to make and surely, yummy to taste. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups of all purpose flour a table spoon of sugar a pinch of salt some nigella sativa 1/4 a cup of veg oil 2 table spoons of yeast and some water Simply make a dough out of the ingredients mentioned previously. Make sure that the dough is kinda stiff. Let the dough rest (in the bowl of course) for an hour in a warm spot. Now, take some of the dough and spread it on a floured surface with the roler bin into about half a centemeter thick. Use a pizza cutter or somethin to cut the dough into squares or rectangles, whatever works for you! Fry them.
