islamic quotes of the day and fiqh issues (Page 3) hellbhoy: Playboy highlife ? why the username ? contradicts your faith and then you post links to what is Christian bashing basically.Where's your tolerance and forgiveness brother ?. Listening to your BASICS LINK just now ..... ? ? ?.Yep the Muslims also have a weird idea about the returning all conquering Jesus too.Aren't Muslims meant to be waiting for the Mahdi ?.The Nag Hammadi Gospels explicitly say that Jesus HE GONE ! HE DEAD and they are the oldest texts to early Christianity.Over 400 years older than the Qu'ran mate. So now you are in the same boat as the Christians now paddling the same direction ! the wrong way.If this is the case I feel the Jews will win the waiting game now. Same God different Prophets from different places ? conflict over who is right and not enough praise to God almighty in unity ! shame really. Soniaaa: hellbhoy i think you can't blame him for its username, moreover thats not the point. We focus on what we have to share. I'd like to react to your comment, could you please precise the name of the video that you are refering to? Besides, thank you for taking time to watch the video and for your interest! Np19: yes hellboy.. please can you tell me what video it is that your reffering to mate.. and by the way my user name changes all the time and i think its rather pettit to worry about. hellbhoy: Yo peeps,,,,, The video I was referring to was "THE BASICS: The Return of Jesus in Islam & Christianity". I had a whinge at your username because it sort of went against the grain really. And cheers for the thanks Soniaaa. I don't like the nonsense between the 3 faiths because it causes nothing but fights, arguments, war and hostility.Would be be best if they could all agree and agree on a colour instead of arguing which shade of colour we should have.GOD surely does not pick sides but would probably prefer the persons heart inside no matter how they pray and worship if they do God's work creating harmony, unity, peace and kindness. Np19: Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrated that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Allah the Almighty has some Angels looking for those who celebrate the praises of Allah the Almighty on the roads and paths. When they find people celebrating the praises of Allah the Almighty, they call each other, saying, 'Come and see what you were looking for.' The Angles then, encircle them with their wings raised to the sky of the world. (When those people have celebrated the praises of Allah the Almighty, the Angels go back and) their Lord asks them though He knows better than them, ‘What do My servants say?' The Angels reply, ‘They say ‘Subhān Allah (Glory be to Allah), Allāhu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) and Alhamdu-lillāh (Allah be praised)'. Allah the Almighty then says, ‘Have they seen Me?' And the Angels reply, ‘No! By Allah the Almighty, they have not seen You.' Allah the Almighty asks, ‘How would it be if they had seen Me?' The Angels reply, ‘Had they seen You, they would worship You more devoutly and celebrate Your glory more deeply and declare Your excellence and praises more often.' Allah the Almighty then says (to the Angels), ‘What do they ask from Me?' The Angels reply, ‘They ask You for Paradise.' Allah the Almighty says, ‘Have they seen it?' The Angels reply, ‘No, by Allah the Almighty, O Lord! They have not seen it'. Then Allah the Almighty asks, ‘How would it have been had they seen it?' The Angels reply, ‘Had they seen it they would have a greater desire for it and would seek it with greater zeal, desiring it all the more.' Allah the Almighty then asks, ‘From what do they seek refuge?' The Angels reply, ‘They seek refuge from the Fire.' Again Allah the Almighty asks, ‘Have they seen it?' The Angels reply, ‘No, by Allah the Almighty, O Lord! They have not seen it.' Allah the Almighty says, ‘How would it have been had they seen it?' The Angels reply, ‘Had they seen it they would have fled from it with extreme fright and would have been terrified of it.' Then Allah the Almighty says, ‘I make you witness that I have forgiven them.' " The Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم added: "One of the Angels will say, ‘There was so-and-so among them, but he had just come over as a matter of fact.' But Allah the Almighty will say, ‘These are the people whose companions will not be reduced to misery.' " Sahih Al-Bukhari Np19: On the authority of Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه Allah سبحانه وتعالى will say on the Day of Resurrection: "O son of Adam, I fell ill and you visited Me not." He will say: "O Lord, and how should I visit You when You are the Lord of the worlds?" He will say: "Did you not know that My servant So-and-so had fallen ill and you visited him not? Did you not know that had you visited him you would have found Me with him? O son of Adam, I asked you for food and you fed Me not." He will say: "O Lord, and how should I feed You when You are the Lord of the worlds?" He will say: "Did you not know that My servant So-and-so asked you for food and you fed him not? Did you not know that had you fed him you would surely have found that (the reward for doing so) with Me? O son of Adam, I asked you to give Me to drink and you gave Me not to drink." He will say: "O Lord, how should I give You to drink when You are the Lord of the worlds?" He will say: "My servant So-and-so asked you to give him to drink and you gave him not to drink. Had you given him to drink you would have surely found that with Me." Sahih Muslim Np19: Anas رضي الله عنه narrated that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم visited a youth while he was dying: He صلى الله عليه وسلم said: « كيف تجدك؟ قال: أرجو الله يا رسول الله، وإني أخاف ذنوبي، فقال رسول الله: لا يجتمعان في قلب عبد في مثل هذا الموطن إلا أعطاه الله ما يرجو وآمنه مما يخاف ». "How are you finding yourself?" He said: "I have hope in Allah O Messenger of Allah but I also fear for my sins." The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "These two things (i.e. hope and fear from one's sins) cannot meet together in the heart of a servant except that Allah gives him what he hoped for and saves him from what he feared." Reported by at-Tirmidhi and Ibn Maajah. Hafiz al-Munziri said the isnad is hasan. Np19: Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه narrates that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: صلاة الرجل في الجماعة تضعف صلاته في بيته وفي سوقه خمسًا وعشرين درجة، وذلك أنه إذا » توضأ فأحسن الوضوء، ثم خرج إلى الصلاة لا يخرجه إلا الصلاة، لم يخط خطوة إلا رفعت له ﺑﻬا درجة وحط عنه ﺑﻬا خطيئة، فإذا صلى، لم تزل الملائكة تصلي عليه ما دام في مصلاه: اللهم صل .« عليه، اللهم ارحمه، ولا يزال في صلاة ما انتظر الصلاة "The prayer of a man in congregation is twenty-five times more superior (in reward) to his prayer in his house or market - and this is because he makes the wudu' and perfects it and goes to the mosque with the sole purpose of performing the salah. He does not then take a step without being raised a degree and having one of his sins erased. Once he prayed and as long as he did not lose his wudu, the angels keep on praying [for him] ‘O Allah, bless him. O Allah, have mercy on him.' And he is considered in salah as long as he is waiting for the salah." Np19: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "The person who utters a word which meets with Allah's favour may think it has not been heard, yet for this Allah will raise him to a higher level of Paradise. Conversely, the person who utters a word that stirs Allah to anger may give no thought to what he said, only to have Allah cast him in Hell for seventy years." Np19: Muslim reported on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that Allah's Messengers صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "A Muslim owes six obligations towards another Muslim: when you meet him, salute him saying 'Assalamu Alaikum; when he invites you, accept his invitation; when he (or she) solicits your advice, advise him (or her) sincerely; when he (or she) sneezes and praises Allah, respond with the supplication Yarhamuka Allah (Allah have mercy on you); when he falls sick, visit him; on his death, join his funeral." Np19: It has been reported by Ishaq b. Rahaaway from Asmaa` bint Yazeed who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Whoever defends his brother's honour in his absence, will be entitled to Allah's protection from the Fire." | people Chat Room Similar Conversations |
