Had he live for at least ten years before his passing, he MIGHT have the best poetically (If he didn't make Jay-z's mistake), But he still wouldn't be the best lyrically (That would be Biggie smalls, if he had lived too). As a hip-hop fan, I love 2pac. He was an amazing man and is dearly missed.
