jewllynn: I do not like zombie movies but loved the Omega Man with charleston Heston but heard the movies with that russian girl are good

jsjosephsousa: 1. Rosemary's Baby (palpable sense of paranoia built through almost total absence of music, long stretches of silence, actor-focused camerawork, and of course Roman Polanski).
2. The Ring (because after watching it with my then-wife who has long black hair, we walked home, at night, and I couldn't see her face for a moment and had this second when I was convinced it'd be the ring girl turning her head. Then I realized how effective the flick was).
3. The Supernatural Classics: The Exorcist, the original Omen, original Amityville Horror.
4. Nightmare on Elm Street (you can't sleep!)
5. Anything with Kate Hudson, Matthew Mahauanananahy, and Meg Ryan.
6. Kudos to Blair Witch and the Exorcisim of Emily Rose for great conclusions

lavendar_star: I love the original of that, it scared me the f*ck out especially as I was so young, I think they did another one recently I'm not sure or maybe a remake, Hollywood is doing it with every other classic movie.

dave3974: it gave evil a credible presence and was very scary , the next 2 sequels were good , but then the scripts were poor
