Lupum_Griseo: Most won't touch you for fear of legal repercussions that the law would enforce. I Myself was 17 when I discovered the lifestyle and introduced to it in all it's wonder. I will say this... Be patient. Read up while you have the time. Investigate all the lifestyle has to offer in regards to documentation, so when you properly emerge from your shadow as you put it, you will have all the tools you require to be well informed and safe. I hope you find what your looking for Xx  delightful_dina: i agree take your time and fully discover all there is to know. you have your whole life ahead of you. one must take their time and get to know others as well as your self. i say there is nothing wrong with making friends however Lord Blacklight has a point many will go no further due to laws. In my opinion that gives you a year to get to know people in the community and make a wise choice of Who you offer your precious gift to. Please always remember your submission is a gift to be offered never taken and also remember to offer it to only One who is worthy of it. It is a gift that should forever and always be cherished.  Quaxterra: you are never too old or really too young to know what you like and what you want. While as Blacklight said most will not take you as a sub yet for legal reasons you can still make friends and have fun with others in the rooms. There is never such a thing as too much reading or too much research so find all you can and learn all you can before your grand emergence and you will be all the more desired by the Dom\mes here who will cherish your service and help you learn the things you don't already know. I spent 6 years reading and researching once I found out about the lifestyle and I am still learning new things so don't be in a rush you have alot of things to learn still and you have alot of time to do it so enjoy it the lifestyle is supposed to be enjoyable for everyone in it.  bainyu: I have seen a few posts on this stuff.
