Yap, you can buy also in cebu. its is a far province from manila you can reach cebu thru airplane at about 1 hour or at ship at 12 hours. in cebu or other provinces it is much cheaper because they are the one who assemble the product, then they will bring it to manila. dont worry i'll help you buy in lesser price just dont tell them that your from mexico because if they know that, they will increase the price. if i had a lots of time this weekend i will look for that puka shell and i'll send you the picture thru e-mail.
