feeling lost and lonely

I'm 41 years old, married and very unhappy.It's not as easy as one might think to up and leave your kids mother. I've been trying to stick it out, but I feel like a caged animal.I'm looking for someone to listen,someone who maybe went though the same thing.I can't be the only lost sole.
