Ok to further the m&ms v skittles debate just what exactly goes in to Canadian MRE's (meals ready to eat)
I heard they are full of junk food like chocolate and cakes or do Canadian armed forces have proper food in them or do they all comply to NATO standards and are pretty much the same no matter what army you are in .
