an epideral is the long needle they put in your back so your contractions go away. i want to know if you are for getting one or against it. i personally had them with both my kids and regret it badly. the epideral went wrong and i felt everything and after the birth i was in constant pain due to the epideral.i couldnt even stand without help or even hold my 5 pound baby because of the pain throughout my back and whole body. so for it or against it.

I had my daughter on sat nov 1, wed nite I ended up in the hosptial with back labour and then they sent me home thurs afternoon because it quit in the morning, the friday I was back in full labour. Through either of them I took nothing, and back labour is no fun.

Not this chick, epideral all the way. No side effects from it and much more comfortable.

It depends on your pain tolerance. I have very low pain tolerance, so I was glad to have it, lol. What's scary is the epidural you get for a c-section...omg...you are numb from the waist down and can't move....That was so scary!
