shes doing alright. She can move her knee but below that is limp. I tryed to keep her still, but she has too much energy. She just scoots along the ground like a seal.
anyway, i was wondering how much it would cost to take her to the vet and get her checked out.

In Canada it is about 30 dollares to have a check up, but if they need to run tests....

Sables,
I live in Canada (Ontario). Vets in my city cost about $90 for a visit. Then the fun begins. Costs for needles, pills, etc. , etc., etc.

We have a new vet that just opened here this summer. $40.00 for visit and you better have cash, visa or mastercard or she won't even see you. I worked for 2 vets in the past and there was always room for a few compassionate cases but nowadays forget it. I understand the cost of becoming a vet and especially starting your own clinic. Big bucks but couldn't they at least accept a few dollars per month. A time payment plan? One vet I worked for had clients that owed him $30,000 in outstanding debt. Within 2 yrs. I had that total down to about $5000. and did so by calling the people and offering them a payment plan. No nasty words were ever spoken and it worked.
