I just started reading them in the past year and can't believe I waited so long! So far I have read Guards! Guards!, Carpe Jugulum, Wyrd Sisters and The Last Continent. I also read a short story (well, maybe more of a novella) of his about the witches in a fantasy collection I have called Legends.

Very sad about his Alzheimer's though.

I have all of the Discworld novels and a couple of the graphic novels. I really like his humour.

Mort is an early one but the series really gets into the swing of things once all the main characters have been introduced and a history established. There are lots of in-jokes and each story gets more substantial as you move along the timeline. However, that being said, the books do fall into broad categories and one fan has created a suggested reading order for newbies, if you're interested.
