"The Last Horor Movie." Its a small budget film and honestly if I say anything about it it wrecks the ending.
It has parts that are disturbing like the Hills have eyes, you know what scene if you've seen that. No rape, but its a twisted little thing. Watch it alone preferably.
Best slasher movie, gotta go with Halloween 1 and 2 they pretty much were the same story. Freddy/Jason are usually onto a new batch of teenagers after a movie.
Evil Dead is the best Zombie by far and paved way for everything via the shock factor.

Wow, very good question especially since I freaking love Horror Movies and am an owner of over 3500 Horror Classics, I would have to say, like have of Fulcis' movies, "Never Kill A Duckling", "When Alice Broke The Glass", "Ripper In New York", "Prom Night"(the original 1970s cult classic starring Jamie Lee Curtis), "Friday The 13th"(original cult classic with Ms. Vorhess as the original slasher.), "Ichii The Killer", and...hmmmmm..."Murder Set Pieces" yep yep yep, that has to be the best surreal seriel killer movie out to this date, it's already been banned in three countries, but yeah any movie where a little girl gets stabbed in the chest with a butcher knife deserves to be in the top 10 just for shere disturbance factor alone.

oh and the old Halloween movies, never really scared me, I never saw anything about a white William Shatner mask that creepy, now the New Halloween series produced by the one and only Rob Zombie...yes sir that is fawking Bloody Fantastical!!!!
