If he had a crush on you he would be smiling at you A LOT when he is looking at you.
If he just stares at you he is probably wondering what are you looking at?
He would try to be near you even though he doesn't say anything whenever your are around.
He might even talk to your friends about you when you aren't around.

It's too bad about some guys. They just don't get it too often.
They are so afraid of rejection that they just won't take the chance of talking to you. They don't want to risk messing things up.
They think if you want them you will make the first move.

isn't it easier if they just..... talk?
