ingredents:2 eggs(beat w milk+salt&pepper)
2 full rashons of smoked backon (fine dice)
200 ml full cream milk
2 sprigs of shallots(only fine dice green leaves not white fleshy stuff)
2 knobbs of butter
1/4 tsp garlic
80ml white wine
1/2 tomato
Method:- med heat, heat pan till hot, add diced bacon
let saute till touch of brown. add garlic let saute till starts to stick to pan. add white wine to deglaze pan(thats where all the flayvour is
add beated egg +milk throw in shallots then then the tomato. get fork and whisk it around the pan. cook some toast get some worchishire sauce and thats what i call a aussie brekky will keep you goin till lunch at least
