lol ok, you can talk about what pisses you off, you'd be surprised just how many people see things the same way. One of the first steps in anger management is to face the source of anger head on, then talk about why it angers you so much, then you can think of ways to accept it so it's not as upsetting, it's not that bad people, we all get angry at times over many things, but to bottle it up only makes things worse.
