I am having a rotton day. I seldom have rotton days. I woke up to two of my teens oversleeping and needing a ride to school. There is one thing puts me in a major foul mood is that! Waking up to chaos and no cup of coffee....well...lets just say I have found it hard to turn my day into a good one. I am still trying to figure out this web site thing. My kids have my space and they know exactly where to go and what to do.. I don't have a clue. I just thought it would be fun to talk to other people while everyone is away at school and work. I check every day on my site and no one has taken a bite of my profile. I don't know what to do except keep logging and checking.

Finances suck. I hate thinking about bills, money or the lack there of, bill paying, who youre going to pay and who's gonna get screwed this week. I hate living like this. I want life to be different. It seems that this is my "thorn" in my flesh so to speak. Tomorrow will be better I am sure. I just want to have a glass of wine, chill, and watch a movie. BUT NO! I get to sit down and re evaluate our budget...yippee......I'd rather get poked in the eye with a sharp stick......

Hello from Michigan! I am pretty new to this. Let me tell you a little about me. I am 40. It used to bother me to think that I hit the big 40, but actually I have found that it's great being 40! I am settled now more than I ever have been. I am happily married to a great man and we share four lovely children. Danielle, who will be 18 very soon, Jake who is 16, Zack who is 14, and Rachel who is a mere 9. She was a big surprise! I was settled in having only three, but you know, God has a great sense of humor and thought I may need four instead of three. He was right. I don't know what our family would look like without her.

I love the summer, especially, because our family loves to go to the beach. There is nothing better than a hot day with a breeze sweeping over Lake Michigan. We pack a picnic and we're gone for the day. Fall, however is the absolute best season for me. I love the color changes and the smell of the air. I am a true Michigander!

I am looking to just talk to others online. It would be cool to talk to someone from another country.
