A pure, unadulterated pain can sometimes lead to total ecstasy – such awesome feeling arise after a mother delivers her baby. At that miraculous moment, she feels complete and the husband wears his biggest smile like a kid has on his birthday.

Experiencing the birth of a child is definitely one of life’s greatest gifts and it is one of the reasons for relationships to be transformed. Strengthened by the challenges and difficulties in the rearing of the child, the couple becomes closer and more intimate with each other in parenthood. However, most parents feel that the all-encompassing nature of parenthood caught them completely off-guard and unprepared.

How do we cope up with this? By preparation – The challenge is about being a good parent. Parents should give themselves the time to learn about each other in their new roles. The love they share for their children present them with the opportunity to give birth to an extraordinary relationship with their lover and so, they are examples that teach their kids how to handle life.

Keep in mind that with all the changes that we go through, growth emerges for the individual as well as for the couple. Now that we’re parents, let us discover our highest intention in our relationship with our partner.
