Yeah i know its old but i like it. gotta get down and grind,
took my karate class last night not a bad turnout for a change just wish they would concentrate a bit more geting tired of going over the same old things, might be better if one or two of them quit. then the others might concentrate more.

i am meant to be decorating at the moment! but it can wait, i hear then say no it cant. and maybe there right i did start it 18 months ago. so suppose i had better make the effort. if i dont get off of this it aint never gonna GET DONE. so i am outta here for now.
